We're here! Our plane landed right on time this evening and we enjoyed a wonderful reunion with Dave (who arrived yesterday on schedule), our 6th team member, and also with Brian, our missionary host.
Our bags also arrived safely, an answer to prayer since we were relying on the airline to store them and properly forward them. This feels like a miracle in itself!
We took a 30 minute ride through the city of Santiago, into Palma Arriba which is the poor, remote area where we are both staying and working.
The house where we are staying is amazing, a testimony to God and all the good work that is happening here. One year ago this house was a concrete shell on top of a steep hill with a dirt road. Now, thanks to many team efforts, it's absolutely fantastic! Tomorrow we will be able to take more pictures.
We had some food and fellowship and enjoyed a devotional led by Ward. We are ready to get to work, and work we will be doing first thing in the morning.
God bless and good night...

Matthew 28:19&20
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:19&20
