Just a quick note of praise for Immanuel-awareness, so you can join in praising our gracious Father for His care; our travels were without incident - no significant delays. On our flight down to Miami from O'Hare, Jeff sat next to someone with a mission group also heading to the DR! But the really significant indicator of our Lord's care was when we got to our departure gate at Miami, I struck up a conversation with a lady seated nearby, asking her what she was heading down to Santiago for. She started to tell me that she's involved with a school and mission there, and that her home congregation was in Fort Meyers, Fla. I interrupted, asking if that was possibly St. Michael's supporting the Lutheran school in Palmar Arriba? YES! This was Pat Ryan, wife of Larry Ryan (of Project Genesis, on her way to a "FORO" (steering committee) meeting for the DR mission. She was traveling alone because Larry had broken his pelvis a few weeks back. This was not prefered practice, especially for a woman, so Pat was delighted to find herself connected with a group joining the same missionary team. She had intended to take a taxi to her motel, but the Kellers were happy (though surprised) to take her instead. Isn't God GOOD? We expect to see Pat again tomorrow evening for the square dancing.
Later!

Matthew 28:19&20
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:19&20
